Donald Trump Jr. accuses the Biden administration of stoking tensions that could lead to “World War III” before his father returns to the White House in January. The claim comes after the president Joe Biden authorized the Ukrainian military to use long-range U.S.-supplied missiles to target Russian territory, a move that could escalate tensions between the United States and Russia — tensions that Trump said could be easily managed.
Reports indicate that North Korea has deployed more than 15,000 troops to the Kursk region, while kyiv is reportedly preparing to use advanced missiles to strike critical targets deep inside Russia.
Trump Jr. criticizes Biden policies and the military-industrial complex
“The military-industrial complex seems intent on making sure they start World War III before my father has a chance to create peace and save lives,” Trump Jr., 46, tweeted on the 18th. November, shortly after reports confirmed that the Ukrainian military was granted authorization to use the army’s tactical missile systems on the northeast border to target Russia.

In response, Andrei Klishas, a senior member of Russia’s Federation Council, warned via Telegram that Western escalation could lead to the complete collapse of the Ukrainian state “by tomorrow,” according to Reuters.

Vladimir Djabarov, first deputy chairman of the Russian Upper House’s international affairs committee, warned that Moscow’s response would be rapid, calling the escalation “a very big step towards the start of World War III.” President Vladimir Putin had already said in September that allowing Ukraine to strike Russian territory with Western missiles would lead to a direct fight between the West and Russia, thereby changing the nature of the conflict as a whole.
Biden’s decision also sparked massive backlash online, with many calling the act “madness.” “Biden is trying to start World War III. This is pathological and completely insane. American weapons should NOT be used to fire on Russia’s interior! Imagine if Russia provided missiles to fire on America! ” said MAGA supporter Charlie Kirk. “The American people voted overwhelmingly for Trump to bring peace, and now Biden is dragging us into World War III,” another user commented.
